Third-Party Services We Use

We work with the following categories of third-party service providers, who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers, solely to operate and improve the Services:

Cloudflare - Content delivery network, security, and performance provider. Cloudflare processes technical data (IP address, request metadata) to route traffic, protect against attacks, and improve site load times.

Cloudflare Bot Management - A security layer that analyzes visitor behavior and technical signals to distinguish legitimate human visitors from automated bots, protecting the site from scraping, credential stuffing, and abuse.

Google Tag Manager - A tag management system that allows us to deploy and manage the other tracking and analytics tools on this list without directly modifying site code. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal information, but it facilitates the tags that do.

Google Analytics - Provided by Google LLC. Collects usage data (pages visited, session duration, device/browser data, approximate location) to help us understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Forms - Used for certain intake or survey forms embedded on our site. Information you submit through a Google Form is processed in accordance with Google's own privacy policy in addition to ours.

Facebook (Meta Pixel / Facebook Audience Network) - Used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to deliver personalized ads on Facebook and Instagram. Facebook may use cookies and device identifiers for this purpose. We do not share personally identifiable information (PII) with Facebook for remarketing purposes.

CallRail - A call tracking and analytics provider. When you call a tracking number displayed on our site, CallRail records call metadata (and, where disclosed, call recordings) to attribute calls to marketing sources and improve our services.

HubSpot - Our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform. HubSpot stores contact information, form submissions, and email engagement data to manage leads, send marketing communications, and support our sales process.

Elementor - The website page-building platform used to construct and serve pages on this site. Elementor may set functional cookies necessary for the site to render and operate correctly.

Mailing List / Email Marketing Platform - Used to send newsletters, promotional offers, and service updates to subscribers who have opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

Each of these providers may set cookies or use similar tracking technologies; see our Cookie Policy for the full list of specific cookies, their names, and their durations.
